I've picked up over years that clients in therapy gain more confidence in paying attention to, and trusting their gut feelings, as they shift more of their attention inwards. They speak and act more from their intuition (gut) as they meet, and allow the feelings that the trauma of disconnection has suppressed or cut off.
Notice what happens when you ignore your gut feelings.
Also do you know there is a difference between your gut feelings and other triggers and drivers within you? This is something that can bring body-felt aha experiences when explored (through your body) in therapy❤️
